Electropedic is not a big manufacturer. We usually make just one mattress a day, quilted on both sides, completely reversible and filled with the finest materials from top to bottom.
Most mattresses today are one-sided, quilted on one side only, with the good materials in the top half and no handles. Ours are the opposite. We sell direct to the public, never to department stores, so there is no middleman between you and the people who made your bed.

What is natural latex?
Natural latex comes from the Hevea brasiliensis tree. Like maple syrup, the mature tree is tapped and a milky white sap is collected, then shipped to the USA and made into mattress foam.
The tree is native to the Amazon rainforest. The Olmecs first used its rubber around 1600 BC and passed that knowledge to the Maya, who made rubber balls for ancient Mesoamerican ballgames. Hevea seeds only left Brazil in the late 1800s, when commercial rubber plantations were founded across the tropics.
The 8-step Talalay process
Talalay is a complex, eight-step method that produces very precise densities and a consistent feel. The liquid latex is sealed in a mold, vacuum-expanded, flash-frozen and then vulcanized, creating an open-cell structure that breathes.
Latex is a healthier alternative to petroleum-based foams, which can release volatile organic compounds as they age. It is the most natural sleeping surface you can buy.
Every core is rated in nine separate areas
Each Talalay core is date stamped, serialized and individually rated for firmness and support in nine separate zones. The most important thing about a new mattress is the right firmness and support, and this is how we guarantee it.
Your mattress is covered by a 20-year written warranty: two full years, then prorated from the third year through the twentieth.

Fully electric 3 and 5 motor high-low beds from Dawn House, Supernal, Flex-A-Bed and Tuffcare raise the whole bed for easier caregiving and safer transfers. Tuffcare adds Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg.

GOLS and GOTS certified organic Dunlop latex
For sleepers who want a fully organic bed, Electropedic offers certified organic Dunlop latex mattresses that are free from pesticides, herbicides and toxic fire retardants.
The Global Organic Latex Standard (GOLS) covers organic latex and finished latex foam. At least 95% of the latex by weight must be certified organic raw material, and the standard also protects human health, worker welfare and the environment during production.
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the world's leading standard for organic fibers, verified across the entire textile supply chain through residue testing and on-site audits. We keep chain-of-custody records for every purchase of organic material and undergo routine inspections.
